Collection: Payment Plans

Please note that Payment Plans will no longer be available from January 2024.

For existing plans, we highly recommend setting up weekly repayments to ensure the timely completion of your plan.

Please keep in mind that infrequent repayments hinder our ability to purchase new stock. We kindly request that you pay off your plan as quickly as possible to allow us to continue offering a wide selection of crystals.

To assist you in managing your payments, reminders will be sent out via our Instagram stories.

You can access a copy of your payment plan by searching the listings on the Payment Plans page. This will help you keep track of your progress and remaining balance.

Please review the following Terms and Conditions regarding our payment plans:

• Adding Items to Your Plan: You can add items to your existing plan at any time until your repayment balance reaches $500. Once this limit is reached, you will no longer be able to add additional items to your plan.

• Deposit for Additional Items: For each additional item added to your plan, a 10% deposit must be paid within 24 hours.

• Payment Methods: Our payment plans are payable via direct deposit. Please note that bank transfer fees may apply.

• Responsibility and Cancellations: We kindly request that you claim items responsibly. Once items are added to a payment plan, we do not accept put backs. A fee of $50 applies to all cancelled payment plans. Please consider your selections carefully before finalising your plan, as cancelling a plan or returning items will render you ineligible to create another payment plan with us.
